On February 1, 1997, Manuel Andres Ramos Vazquez was appointed Deputy General Director of Fundación ONCE. On June 1, 2000, he was appointed the 3rd Vice-president of the General Council and on September 3, 2001, the 2nd Vice-president of the same body. With effect of April 27, 2011, he is appointed 1st Vice President of the General Council, a position he has held until January 14, 2015, when he was appointed Deputy General Directorate of Social Services for ONCE Affiliates.
