High-level policy makers from the EU, national and local levels will look back at the plenary sessions and discuss ways in which future social services can improve their strategies to be better prepared for future crises in light of Covid-19 or mass migration due to conflict. We will address the transformative changes that are needed, ranging from strategic organisational shifts, to how we can promote resilience at individual and collective levels.
