Anette Nilsson is Head of Unit of the Social Services Unit at IVO, in Sweden since 2014.
Anette has a degree in Social Work from The Mid Sweden University from 2001.
At the Swedish Health and Social Care Inspectorate Anette is a part of implementing new methods in inspections. There is a movement in Sweden from inspecting the rules and regulations towards a more trust based inspection that differs according to de accurate situation.
Anette started her career as a professional social worker with refugees for a few years. Since the year 2004, she has been in decision-making positions within different levels, departments and areas in social work within the municipality. Including Work Center, Social psychiatry, Economical support, and Care for children and youth.
