Ã…sa has a background as senior leader in organisations responsible for communications, change management and driving culture change. Companies she has worked for include Schenker, Stena Line and Lindex, all highly successful international businesses.
With an MBA from Handelshögskolan, Ã…sa has great business strategic and leadership understanding. She lectures and trains in communication, meeting effectiveness, culture and attitude and, has in recent years, developed a concept that helps individuals handle both personal and work related crisis.
In her role as moderator, Ã…sa works with both large and small groups and has the ability to create energy and presence regardless of topic and context. Ã…sa has been the driving force in major developments, from individual to organisational, in IKEA, Volvo, Peab, Axfood, Autoliv, Plantagen and Västra Götaland to name but a few.
Ã…sa is also trained in NLP coaching, psycho-synthesis, strategic communication and also uses improvisational theatre in her work. Besides being fluent in English and Swedish, Ã…sa is comfortable working in French and German too.
