Stelia Vasung, graduated social worker, is a senior inspector in the Ministry for Demography, family, Youth and Social Policy. She spent most of her 34-year work life as a social worker providing or supervising social services. Since the first inspection unit has been set up at the competent ministry, in 2004, she worked as a senior inspector. From 2011 to 2017 she was appointed to various manegerial positions – always related to supervision activities in the area of social welfare. Since 2017 she was reappointed as senior inspector. During her professional work, she aims to ensure a high level of quality in respect to social services for all users in the social welfare system.
